Ali and the Long Embroidery team are great! Needed several custom patches made for my motorcycle riding vest and a child's flight jacket for my niece. Their craftmanship and work quality creating these custom patches from scratch was excellent. If you can dream it, they can make it. Highly recommended. Will bring all future work back to them.

Rick has been awesome!! I ordered shirts but were the wrong size on my part but he sent them back and ordered new ones without any questions. A couple weeks later i ordered a jacket and it ripped the next day,(again my mess up from drying a rain coat and melting it a little) i ordered a new one and hew embroidered it at no charge. I've called in a few times and changed orders due to overthinking what i want and they never complain,they just get it done the way i want. I'll be using Rick everytime now for all my uniforms and embroidery from here on out,the young lady is great too but very quiet! thanks again!!
